AFRL GOTCHA GMTI challenge data

We provide this processed DEM (Digital Elevation Model) for the AFRL GOTCHA GMTI challenge [1] based on the raw data from the USGS (United States Geological Survey) seamless dataset [2]. The processed .mat file contains a 4000*3000 matrix (-500~500 meters in the x direction and -1000~1000 meters in the y direction). If you are using this DEM in your published research work, please include explicit mention of our work [3] in your publication.
