Dr. Rolf Baxter

Research Associate - Work Package 4 (E_WP4)

Dr. Rolf Baxter is a Research Associate in the Institute of Sensors, Signals and Systems at Heriot-Watt University. His research interests are behaviour recognition, anomaly detection, and machine learning, in a wide range of application domains. He received his PhD from Heriot-Watt University in 2012 after developing new behaviour recognition algorithms for surveillance applications under the MOD Competition of Ideas initiative.  His current research focus is on context-driven behaviour monitoring and anomaly detection with multi-modal data.
