Christos V Ilioudis

Research Associate - Work Package 4 (L_WP4)

Christos V. Ilioudis received his Diploma degree in Computer and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Western Macedonia, Kozani, Greece, in 2012. In 2013 he received the MSc degree with Distinction in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland, U.K with his final project focusing on sound source localisation for the Cocktail Party problem. He is currently a PhD candidate at the Centre for Excellence in Signal and Image Processing (CeSIP), University of Strathclyde, since January 2014 under the supervision of Professor John J. Soraghan. His PhD research was a part of the UDRC phase II initiative and particularly work package 4 within LSSCN consortium. The aim of the project is the design of novel waveform libraries and paradigms specialised for Distributed MIMO Radar Systems (DMRS).  His current research interests are in radar waveform design, Ambiguity Function (AF) shaping, DMRS and Orthogonal Chirp Division Multiplexing (OCDM).
