PhD Student - Work package 3 (L_WP3)

Federico Angelini is a PhD student currently based in the Intelligent Sensing and Communications (ISC) Group, School of Engineering at Newcastle University and has been affiliated with the LSSCN Consortium since October 2016. He is working under the supervision of Dr. Mohsen Naqvi and Prof. Jonathon Chambers.

He received his BSc and MSc degrees in Pure and Applied Mathematics from the Italian University of Tor Vergata in Rome.

His research supports Work Package 3 (L_WP3) by focusing on multimodal human action recognition in wide-area surveillance by using machine learning and deep learning methods.
