Work Package 3 (L_WP3)

Dr Yulia Hicks is a Senior Lecturer at Cardiff School of Engineering specialising in statistical modelling, modelling and tracking of human motion as well as behaviour modelling and recognition, and multi-modal signal processing. In the past several years, she was involved in EPSRC and industry funded (QinetiQ, GDUK) research projects on video-assisted blind source separation, modelling and recognition of interactive human behaviour and statistical modelling. Dr Hicks is a deputy director of the Human Factors Technology Centre, an interdisciplinary Research Centre which brings together the Schools of Engineering, Psychology and Computer Science.
