The University of Edinburgh, School of Engineering and Heriot-Watt University have been tested against the Cyber Essentials Standard by ID Cyber Solutions and are pleased to announce they both met the requirements of the scheme.
The Compliance Certificate certifies that they were was assessed as meeting the Cyber Essentials implementation profile [BIS/14/696/1.5] and thus that, at the time of testing, the organisation’s ICT defences were assessed as satisfactory against commodity based cyber-attack.
